Q: Does his contain glycerin? It seems all others I have seen contain it.

I read everything written on the bottle & no where did I see anything that mentioned glycerin. So I would say no, it doesn't contain glycerin. The ingredients were purified water, natural flavor, stevia, citric acid & potassium sorbate, tumeric root, ginger, sunflower lecithin & bio pinene.

Q: What is the tumeric ratio? 10:1 or 20:1?

The bottle says 120 servings in 4 fl. oz./118 ml., but I do not see any ratio listed. I suggest contacting Caribou Nutrition with your question.
