Q: Has anybody used this as a drive-in movie type thing between multiple cars?

Unfortunately, it's a one-car device.

Q: So you can play music off your aux cord just turn it to a featured station and your song will play?

You will need to find a radio station that is not playing any music then you will put the same station on the transmitter. Once the transmitter is matching the same radio station you will connect the 3.5 jack into your phone and then music will play your out of the speakers. Q: Is the rf amp an stereo amp?. is it a true stereo modulator?.

It is. It is advertised as stereo. I use one in my vehicle and have a second that I send sound from my iPod to an old 100-amp home stereo receiver. Great sound.

Q: Does this transmitter require bluetooth?

Bluetooth is not required. It plugs into the AUX port on a smart phone or media player and plays through FM frequency.
