I'm an MBBS student who needed a sphygmomanometer for clinics and for this purpose, I found this product to be adequate.The dial needle isn't quite mobile and gets stuck sometimes. I cannot measure BP by oscillatory method using this product. Palpatory and auscultatory values are quite accurate.I would not recommend purchasing this for clinical practice or for daily use at homes. There are better products in the same price range which are far effective.
