These are perfect for my feet, they provide good arch support and have helped with my planta fasciitis whilst also being comfy. I went to Norway earlier in the year and popped these in my snow boots and was able to walk for miles without any foot pain or even thinking about my feet. It was almost like instant relief when I started to wear them, they are slightly padded so are comfy to wear whilst also offering proper arch support. My children now also wear these and they have provided relief for their feet, one of which is flat footed and the other was wearing a top brand gel insole that was not helping her in the slightest. I can't rate these highly enough, I hope Amazon always stock these. I only have 1 pair but swap them out between shoes so they are very durable and great value for money. Just make sure that you measure your feet using the guide to make sure that the arch is in the correct place.

The media could not be loaded. These insoles offer much better support than the original ones in my work boots. They made my shoes feel a bit tight at first, but got more comfortable after some use. I can now stand longer—over 8 hours—with reduced heel pain. Still not perfect, as I do feel some discomfort by the end of the shift, but definitely an upgrade. Worth trying if you’re on your feet all day.

IMPORTANT: TAKE THE ORIGNAL INSOLE OF THE SHOE OUT OR IT WON'T FIT (which I already knew from having previous insoles similar to thie)I used a different brand on Amazon for years, and the arch of the insole wasn't as high as this, but I noticed I was still getting a lot of pain, probably because the width of the insole was so thin on all sizes. This however, is a perfect fit and I have NO pain. I am a size 8 (wide) and a female, and the size 9 fit me perfectly. Insoles fit perfectly in my trainers and converse hi tops, as long as you take the original insole out! Will be buying a spare. Good quality. Highly recommended

Functionality:Why did you choose this product over others?:These are amazing and an absolute game changer.I work for HMP Prison Service and wear uniform type shoes. Changing the insoles to the Valsole insoles makes an uncomfortable pair of shoes into something that I can wear for a 12 hour shift.I guarantee you that these are 100% worth the little extra money that you will pay for them above others.

Very comfortable and durable. However, the comfort is temporary. Useless after 12 weeks.I can't feel any of the support after few weeks. You'd have to keep buying it. Not worthy imo

BOught these as part of a group of insoles I bought at the same time to evaluate their effectiveness at helping a painful heel condition I have developed. These are the most expensive of the three groups I bought, being more than double the nearest.. but I have to say they are by far the best performers. Fit perfectly into my walking boots with no adjustment or cutting. The feel of these insoles leads me to believe that I have made a good investment here and that I will have good use out of them.

After rupturing my achillies and now doing rehab i need extra support on my foot, heel and ankle these soles line everything up as they should and have fantastic comfort and support.

Put them in shoes, 2 days later feet feel notably better. Though i had to put them in loose fitting shoes as my normal shoes were too tight when fitted.
