Really happy with this bread box. Great size holds a lot. Keeps bread fresh longer than I expected. It’s attractive and well made. I like the wood top and it fits securely.

We have had several bread boxes over the years that were purchased primarily to just store the bread. We tried different styles, such as a metal one with the rounded tilt top, a clear plastic 2-box thing and one like a drawer that attached to the bottom of a cabinet. This time we wanted one that might help keep the bread fresher, not just keep it out of sight. I purchased this one because of design and the size. I am very pleased with this bread box. I love the design and the wood lid. It is a little larger than I thought it would be which is a nice surprise. It holds two loaves of our favorite bread and does keep it fresh longer. I am pleased with the quality of this bread box as well as cute it looks in my kitchen.

Very roomy. Can fit two loaves of bread from my breadmaker. (See my other review.) My primary disappointment is that the wooden cover is too thin. The cover on the first one I bought, which I returned because it was too small, had a much more substantial cover.

I rarely write reviews and take photos even more rarely, but I was hesitant to buy a bread box because I knew I needed one that fit a lot. I read the reviews for this one, and they helped a lot. You can easily fit 2-3 loaves of bread in it. I fit a loaf of bread and 2 full packages of bagels. Depending on the bread, you might be able to fit a loaf vertically (I could, but I just didn't choose to store it that way!). I love the look of this breadbox...its sturdy and the lid fits perfectly. It came very well-packaged in its own box. Very impressed!

The perfect size for holding 2 bread loaves. The cutting board top is a great feature, and the overall construction and design keeps any insects out!

This bread box can hold a loaf of bread from Costco, a bag of six Costco bagels, a linen bag of fresh baked buns and some English muffins. Love that it has a flat top-loading lid so that I could put other things on top of it, like a cookbook stand. I didn't want a sliding motion lid or any kind of opening from the front because I put a tissue box in front of it to save room. Doesn't look cheap like some of the metal ones out there.
