This product helps maintain good eye health containing Lutein and vitamin B2. This product is very reasonably priced compared with the product I used to get and has 5 times more Lutein. However the product I used to get also had Zeaxanthin and Meso-zeaxanthin which are also important for eye health. It's a pity this product doesn't include these but for the price what can I expect.
