Lock is not oepening, even setting pin for 0000
today i received this product, however as per the instructions available in the video it is not opening. I don't have any other option excpet to return this.

Worst lock ever
Doesn't even deserve a single star. The worst freaking lock you could ever buy. It didn't open and had to travel 30kms without helmet and My helmet is also ruined because of it was stuck in the back seat lock danging and hitting crash guard. Had to use brute force and screwdriver to break it open. Used it only twice and this happened. Worst lock possible.

Great VFM Product
I have been using this for six months, mainly for locking helmet to bike and I have had no issues at all. Sturdy lock, the number pad works smoothly, even with gloves etc. Looks premium and has a pretty long size if, which can be used for various other applications. Extremely value for money, especially at 250.
