I was very glad I read all the reviews before building this item. As everyone had mentioned the challenges with assembly, myself (50 year old male) and my daughter (11) spent a long and calm time firstly checking everything was there (it was) and secondly, planning the actual assembly section by section (which was wise). As a result, we had no pieces over and none missing, as well as a sturdy BBQ which we've used three times already since purchase. There were a couple of issues - like some others, the ignitor wasn't working but the seller shipped a replacement so that was resolved. Also, as others experienced, there were a couple of dents and a small but noticeable scratch - the seller very kindly offered a small but appreciated partial refund to account for that, given that I really was not keen to take the completed product apart and build a whole new one! As a committed charcoal bbq'er, I have always sworn I would never, never, EVER, go gas. Now that I have, I'm wowed by the convenience, but still miss the fun! The ability to control the heat level is really good though. Gas cylinder refill agreements though - that's a *whole* new world of pain! My husband is a very competent builder and found the construction of this bbq frustrating. The instructions are poor and it’s definitely a two person job. Once fully assembled was adequate. I think you can get better for your money

It was difficult to put together, with instructions not providing the easiest for a one man construction. Also bought the cover which is very light weight and constantly blown away by the slightest of winds. Overall disappointed.

The assembly design was not good. Very difficult especially for san ,88 year old

So, like many here, I spent a considerable amount of time putting the grill together, and testing different holes for the legs - that's fine. Even after that, I was happy with what I got, the grill looked good, a bit wobbly, but most metallic grills are anyway. I bought the 4 burner grill with a cover, and till then, it was a great purchase, that's relatively affordable. Now, a few days later - the cover has become very very frustrating. Firstly, I got it with several white scratches on it. Secondly, it is VERY lightweight, it flies off with the slightest wind. And thirdly, the grill cannot handle the weather without being covered. I've given it around 10 days (just in case the day was particularly windy), and this just keeps getting worse. There's no way it stays on unless you put some weights on it (which loads the burner). It was even in my neighbor's yard at some point. Just very disappointed that the material wasn't slightly heavier or didn't have any straps to fixate it.

When eventually together this is a lovely, sturdy BBQ. It cooks beautifully and the temperature adjustment is perfect. I have cooked on it the last 4 nights and am totally impressed with it. Two negatives I must mention. 1. It is a complete arse to put together due to the terrible instructions. 2. Don’t buy it with the cover as the slightest breeze will see the cover that comes with it off down the street unless something is weighing it down. Other than that I highly recommend it for its cooking ability. Make sure you buy ‘Patio Gas’.

Absolutely awful to build,holes and screws don’t match.legs were bent not even tried the ignition yet fingers crossed. Would not purchase from them again.

Assembled by my son in law .Some bits a little fiddly but remarkably few bolts for construction. Cover purchased with item has a 4 inch tear down one of the seams
