I have several of these bought at a craft fair and the vendor stopped when covid started. I am so glade that I found it on Amazon. I have used them for 15+ years and they still look new.

This barrette is great, it doesn’t pull on my hair like most other barrettes and it stays put. I was wearing hair combs but they do not stay in place. This is a nice change.

Excellent quality hair barrette for thick hair

I have thin hair and it works well I'd actually like a smaller one. I'm sure it would work for thicker hair too.

Works fine for a few hours but my hair did start to slide out after awhile. It’s very pretty and lies flat against the head, which is unusual to find in this large of a clip. I found better value in other similar sized flat clips on Amazon, that worked better if the clip color isn’t considered a factor so deducted a star for that. This brand does have some of the prettier colors available for a 4” flat barrette clip. It’s stays in the hair, but due to hair slippage, I won’t be buying another one. This one works well enough that I won’t return it. It comes in a very pretty fabric (see through) bag which would be suitable for gift giving.
