Q: Has anyone had any luck with replacement straws and sippers? There are none on their website.

Yes! I took a chance at ordering some spouts and had success so I thought I’d share. Their customer service email response was very quick to explain, so please reach out to them if you’re still apprehensive about the process. They have a page for replacement parts on their website and even though the spouts for these cups aren’t listed specifically, you can still order them, through the option called “Not sure what you need?” I know we know what we need, but it’s what you need to select. There are instructions and you upload pictures of the cup and you specify that you want the spout. It’s $4.49 for two spouts with free shipping. I ordered 6 spouts total since my son treats them like chew toys and would order more, since the process is fairly simple and inexpensive!

Q: Can you get replacement straws for these im talking the top ones?

I'm not finding replacement parts on there website for these cups. I've had mine for 1 month and the straw is already leaking.

Q: Are you suppose to get two inside straws ? One for each cup? Mine only came with one straw in one cup the other one doesn’t have a straw.

Each cup should come with a straw and a spout.

Q: What PVC plastic number is this made of?

It is PP or Polypropylene plastic, with a recycle code of 5.
