Excellent smart watch
This is a great watch, simple, atmospheric, I like it very much. There is a TWO-DIMENSIONAL code on the manual, which can be scanned and downloaded by APP. There are many functions in the APP, including heart rate monitoring, sleep monitoring, blood oxygen monitoring and so on. The smartwatch is waterproof and has good battery life, lasting about a week after a two-hour charge. Monitoring my health all the time, its function is far more than its price, very valuable product.

Cool features, two features I'd change
I wanted an inexpensive waterproof watch that would track my sleeping, oxygen levels, and show when I get texts or phone calls. This watch checks off all of my requirements and the app is pretty user-friendly as well. It does monitor stress level, but that seems like an arbitrary number (it measures it every 10 or so minutes). Overall, I'm happy with this watch, but there are a couple of things I don't like about it. Either it doesn't have the ability or I haven't figured it out yet. I would much rather it automatically read my O2 levels every 10 minutes instead of the stress levels - that information is more helpful for me and I don't believe the stress level reading is accurate. I have to click the side button, scroll to the O2 option and click it every time to read the O2. I also receive a lot of group messages, which I have silenced on my phone, but they still vibrate and go through on my watch (which can drive you crazy if you receive 30 group texts back-to back like I do sometimes). I wish there was a way to silence some messages on the watch, but I don't see that as an option. It does have good options on which app is allowed to notify you, but if you're wanting to receive texts, you're going to get all of them - even the frequent group texts that you've silenced on your phone (I have not tried turning off the notifications on the group texts entirely yet, because I do want them to light up my phone, but if they get too out of hand, I will definitely be trying that). It does have Do Not Disturb time settings, but the watch face still lights up when you move your arm in your sleep, which I would prefer to make it so you had to double tap the screen or use the side button to light it up during that timeframe. Overall, this watch has cool features, like your respiratory quality as you sleep, plans to help develop sleep habits, and weight management.

Great for the Price
I was looking for a replacement for my Vivofit4, which died. Didn't want to spend the huge $ that some require, so I found this on Amazon and have been using it for a couple weeks. Still learning how/what to use; but so far - Pluses: 1) Big time numbers - very easy to read. 2) Customizable watch face to show what I want to see at a glance. 3) Great battery life - after a week of wear, it's still 70% charged. I charge it Sunday nights for the week. 4) Activity tracking with 14 activities - I use the Outdoor Walk, Workout and Elliptical. Excellent tracking. 5) Step tracking is right on. 6) Heart rate - watched it through a workout and it appears correct. 7) Veryfit app works well. 8) Documentation is pretty good although I continue to refer to the manual to understand how things work/are working. 8) GPS through the app works well. Minuses: 1) Doesn't seem able to track stress. Could be that my wrist is too hairy. Get the "wear watch tightly" too frequently. Funny though. Seems to do heart rate just fine. 2) Temperature doesn't refresh as frequently as I expected, and can be up to 8 hours late. Does refresh every time I look at the app; but then I'm on my phone anyway, so I may as well look there. 3) Don't seem to have all the functions listed in the manual. Note: I don't use the sleep function. Prefer not to wear it overnight.

Two weeks review
I have used this SKG Smart Watch for almost two weeks now. I am actually quite happy with it. I almost bought an Apple watch, but then after thinking about it, I decided I didn't want yet another tether to my work. Since I mostly bought the watch to track my speed-walking (bad knees from a failed Tennis career), and I walk between 30 minutes to 60 minutes a day, I figured the planet will survive without me for that amount of time. That said, it does alert me of text messages and calls, but they are easy to ignore. The battery, so far, is a champ. I charged it twice so far and it was still at 75% each time and I wear it all day and night. The app is not very sophisticated and the watch itself is a bit... first generation? I guess that's a good description. No apps to install, no fancy screens, but everything I need when I need it. For instance, outside of exercising, I use it to time my cooking. If I set a timer, I can't exit to check what time it is. I am not sure what would happen if I exited the "walk" program while I am walking, but I don't care either way. Once again, it does what I need it to do. The app tracks me via GPS, the watch counts my steps, tells me my page, my mileage, so what if it's a bit limited. For $40 (or so) it does everything I need it to do. If it craps out in 6 months, I'll buy another one. If it lasts more than a year, I'll consider it a success. More than that would be icing on the cake. My only complaint is that it would be nice if I could change the wristband. Maybe I can, I haven't checked. I wish I could mount a leather band instead of the rubber one, but other than that I am very happy with it.

I was low in iron and this would indicate that my blood oxygen is low. Once I had an iron tablet, BO went back to 100% so yes, this works and it's good to have! The only thing I didn't notice when purchasing is it doesn't indicate blood pressure.

I wanted something simple to use and that had the indicators most relevant to me and I got what I wanted for the right price. My only drawback is that it doesn't connect to the Weight Watcher app the way my Fitbit used to. In order for it to connect, I had to link it to Google Fit which in turn connects to Weight Watcher's app. If that isn't a requirement for you then you are good to go. So far so good. Fingers crossed it has a long life.
