Exactly what I wanted
I'm a first-time cupper, after my physiotherapist recommended I start this kind of treatment at home. I ordered this set of 4 and used them as soon as they arrived. They're awesome!! A little stiff at first but after a while, they loosen up and are easy to handle, even one-handed. Definitely use some kind of lotion or oil otherwise it's hard to get good suction. The green colour is so beautiful, more like turquoise and just so pretty. I couldn't be happier with this purchase! You also get a bunch of online resources through the website (using your order ID), like a pdf booklet on cupping techniques. Great for beginners!

Absolutely 100% worth buying.
These things are amazing. I have flat feet, which led to plantars fasciitis in my left foot and chronic knee and leg pain in both legs.After using these cups on my legs (around my knee and ankle area) for a portion of the morning, I felt an astonishing difference! For the first time in over a year, I finally felt like I was able to walk properly, not limp or hobble. I was able to walk without thinking about how much it hurts to walk. What an amazing feeling!I promptly bought 2 more sets to give to my parents as gifts.
