This book focuses on Norse runes and how they can be used in magic type rituals. The author starts the book with a background on Pagan religions in general and then turns to Norse religion specifically. Then the runes are brought up. The author talks about what they mean and how they can be used in rituals. This includes how to read them. OVerall, this was an enjoyable book to read.

This book is full of information about runes. I was a little knowledgeable regarding runes but this is totally in depth. I learned a lot and it was so simple to understand. I highly recommend it.

So far out of the 4-5 books I've read this one has explained the meanings of the runes the best & how they are affected by other runes drawn with them. Whether upright of reversed.

Coming from an Author with multiple books for sale I was expecting a higher level of literary quality. Unfortunately, there are glaring gramatical errors of a "below Highschool level" educational standard, including but not limited to :- Typing "How" instead of "Her" in the sentence "Freya and how twin sister Freyr"- The starting of complete sentences with "And" throughout the entire book- Poorly grammatically organized sentences that a free grammar checking tool online could have identified if the author did more than "type their thoughts away on a subject and sell inked paper"

It’s a good book but does not cover much of spá and the history of it, it just covers the terminology. But the information on the runes is absolutely fantastic
