From what I’ve read, they’re up to 99% bioavailable(?), meaning that nearly all the amino acids are used by the body to build your muscle and repair tissue with hardly any of it wasted or turned into calories.The company says they’re clinically shown to absorb within about 23–30 minutes after swallowing. Plus, less than one calorie per 5-gram serving if you’re concerned anbout calorie impact. You have to tailor the serving size to your weight, activity level, and your health needs, but that’s easy to figure out if you reach out to the actual company. If you have a hard time swallowing pills I would go for the powder, it dissolves pretty well in a drink.
