Used it for a month and no issues
I orders a pack of 6 and the arrived on time. During install, once of the camera was not working and we returned that one camera. The replacement was sent promptly and it is working now without any issues. So far, it is good and the customer support is also very good, they are prompt to respond back also. thanks!

Very bad item
Very bad image quality and it’s just giving a blurred image. So disappointed and very bad

Inbuilt microphone is a great feature.
Quality is good so far and durable. This is after 4 months of use. Ensure your buy good quality DVR ie 11mp support. The one which supports 5mp only gives ouput of 4mp.
