Samsung Official S22 Smart LED View Cover Light Grey

Perfect fit for the Samsung S22, offering good protection.Has an inside sleeve for a card and the LED view cover.I got this for a holiday spare phone , but if I were to use this phone more often, I would think about getting a case with a kickstand option, something this lovely case doesn't have.Can't go wrong with the official Samsung cases, if you can get them for a fair price, I paid just over £20.

This case is better than expected. Well worth the money.

Since I started to use that case type (few years now) I never damaged my phone. And that is what I am looking for. Also looks pretty and have smart view which means it wakes up the phone when you open the case. Amazing.

Exactly as expected

Great phone case. Phone switches on when case opened and off when closed.

I ordered this case as it was listed for GBP 9 for the light grey colour.Usually this case is listed between EUR 35-45 (I'm based in central Europe).For GBP 9, this case is fun, for anything higher than 20, it's a waste of money.Here are my conclusions:- Build quality: OK, but plastic instead of leather.- Fit: the phone is tricky to get in/out of the case, but the fit is perfect.- Absence of magnetic closure, i.e. nothing holding the case closed.Functionality:- no touch controls whatsoever (previous models had that!)- the LED display turns on for about 3 seconds after the case is closed, and that's it.- You can turn it on by pressing the power button again, and it'll show the battery level.- The LED display is bright.- No pixel icon available for any apps (e.g. Gmail, WhatsApp, etc). If you want any notification to show, you need to create the animation yourself via the LED Cover app provided via Samsung, or use generic non-tech graphics (which makes no sense).- Almost no real functionality available (aside from having a current time preview, and current battery level preview, that's it).Overall, at under GBP10, it's a neat gadget, but for the original purpose of this case, it's a failure all around.For reference I also have the official leather case for the base S22 (purchased at GBP 15), that's a much better quality case overall.
