Yes, you receive both trees. The dark blue tree nozzles are for the 42SA+, 52SA, and 5000+ rotors. The light blue tree nozzles are for the 42SA and 5000 rotors.

Do I need to buy a nozzle set for each rotor?

Yes, most likely. Each set comes with nozzles for various flow rates, spray angle, etc. If all of you sprinklers are spaying the same pattern, say 6 half circle, then you would need 6 sets so you could set all 6 sprinkler with the same flow, angle, etc. If you had 3 half and 3 full circles, then you most likely could get by with 3 sets; Using say 3 gpm for the fulls and 1.5 gpm for the halves to have ~equal distribution of water. At least that is how I understand it. Good luck.

Does this come with a replacement screw as well or is it just the plastic nozzle pieces?

just the plastic nozzle pieces. if needing set screws they can be picked up at the hardware store.

How far will the 1 gallon a min 25^ nozzle spray?

Throw distance is dependent on specific rotor that the nozzle is being used in (i.e., 42SA or 52SA), system pressure (from 25 to 65 psi) and system flow (in gallons per minute).
