Fantástico pump with no crash…. IMO, stay with just one scoop a day so your tolerance doesn’t give crazy and the next day you’re ready for another. Unless you don’t give a F and want an insane workout that day

I like mixed ratio on this. It’s a great pre work out to add to the mix of them. I would recommend using a bottle and then changing to a different product for a month or two. It’s a high quality product.
