Thank You Amazon: What a deal for fraction of the cost, I can steam clean anything, the key is to learn it first. when switching to Steam Option, please begin with the lowest setting, first non- steam setting of #4, confirm water is flowing, then turn to steam setting by depressing the toggle switch # 2 to on, it lights up, lowest setting is # 1, keep the sprayer facing the water in a bucket that you are using. You will see it will squirt a little , then gradually after 2- minutes will turn into a steady steam, the reason: it takes time to heat the water to such a high degree. if you like steam as well as super hot water, turn to # 3 now this is the highest setting. it will clean mostly everything, such as a backyard BBQ Grill, or a kitchen counter. Must keep away from small children. it is not a toy, and will burn 3rd degree burns. Great product for such a reasonable price. Again thank you Amazon!

This is absolutely essential for a resturant refrigeration tech. Cuts through grease and makes its own hot water for defrosting coils. Can't not have it on my truck.

Item is trash! Too many directions just to use each function, it spits out far too much water while “steaming” and the temp of the steam listed in the description is a lie. I could place my hand over the steam, even closest to the nozzle without feeling any discomfort. My smaller, cheaper handheld steamer of far more effective than this. This was a waste of my money and time.

been relying on steam cleaning for years, not unfamiliar with units available, burnt out a couple tank units, won't mention manufacuturer, i don't buy cheap. was skeptical at first... absolutley not after first use. What i WON'T MISS is refilling a tank! Unit has it's quirks, but if directions are followed and with a little patience... works just fine! Read the reviews before purchase... anyone that complained about start up and expected instant steam didn't read intructions. After understanding HOW the unit responds... cleaned for a solid four hours with no issues. Pretty sure with proper care after use... this unit will last. Well worth $ paid.

I've had other steamers that kept breaking. But I really like this one. I can have more water mixed in while I am steaming. It heats up really fast, like minute. I know someone was complaining about how long it takes to warm up. I am thinking he didn't know how to use it, or it was faulty. My husband figured it out in about 5 minutes. When the light is on it is steaming, and when the light off it is not steaming. Adjust your steam and water, it's good to go. So long as it lasts, I am very happy with it.

Works fine, just make sure to read manual how to make steam like 107 times……even better if you can memorize it. After all you’ll find yourself blow steam out of window for how far steam kicks especially if it’s freezing outside.

I bought 4 streamers. This has the best nozzle by far, very nice not having to hold a trigger in. Down side to this unit is, IT SUCKS UP WATER LIKE CRAZY! I WENT THROUGH 5 GALLONS ($1.85 ea) IN JUST A FEW MINUTES.This shoots water about as far as my garden hose. But, I bought it to get the hottest steamer I could find. Having to buy distilled water would be prohibitedly expensive compared to the $130 unit. I got great run time on the other unit, but that had an intermittent water spray, spits & sputters.

Has good power but the neck of the wand is weak and poorly designed. It is definitely not commercial quality, not even close but better than most products in its category dollar for dollar
