Zizo Samsung Galaxy S8 Plus Case, Bolt Series with Screen Protector, Kickstand, Military Grade Drop Tested, Holster Belt Clip

Very happy with this case. Just got my GS8 plus and had ordered the Clearview case from Samsung along with my phone. After 5 minutes decided the Clearview case will not protect my phone the way I need it to. So in my search for something better able to protect I found the zizo. Immediately I was happy with it. It's strong and fit my phone like a glove. The screen protector fit perfectly with barely a hairline gap between the edge and the case. They really got it right with this one. I read other reviews talking about the touchscreen not recognizing touch but I have not experienced that at all not even once. I've only had the case for one day so far but I've used it heavily and no matter where I press on the screen I get a response the same way I would if there was no screen protector at all. The only downside to the screen protector I see is that it has slightly more glare than the original screen. And there is a small amount of reduction in quality or the picture but there would be no way to tell unless you had two of the same phones side by side playing the exact same content. But even then it wouldn't be very noticeable. Enjoy!

Liked everything about this case. The glass screen protector was easy to install correctly and fit the curved edges of my new Samsung S8+ perfectly. I use fingerprint recognition to activate my phone. The fingerprint reader is on the back of the phone, and the shape of the case helps direct your finger onto the correct spot rather than the camera lens which is right next to the fingerprint reader. The case is sturdy, the buttons are all right where they need to be to fit the phone, and the access holes are all readily accessible. The snap in part of the case is on the firm side. A little challenging to open with one hand, but I much prefer this over the possibility that my phone can get knocked out of the snap-in holster. The only downside is that the case isn't shipped via Prime. I received the case within 4 or 5 days of ordering via USPS. I could have paid $10 more for expedited shipping, but instead I ordered an i-Blason case via Prime for $14. (I didn't want to take any chances and drop my new phone without any protection. The i-Blason case is $4 less, but doesn't have the glass screen protector, and the holster clip is much less secure. The i-Blason is fine for a back up, but the Zizo is definitely my Go To case.

I have seen the reviews that mention the case cracking and not being very durable, this has not been my experience with this product in fact I was a professional Automobile Tech for many years and the last few of those years I used this case in a very harsh environment, eg; cleaning solvents, grease, antifreeze and other than the greasy fingerprints showing on my bright orange case never have had a problem. It's been dropped from about 4 feet about 400 times with no damage, for my money a great product. now to the holster, then phone attaches firmly and I have never had it come loose from the holster. the cons of the holster; the s8+ is a large phone and if you're not careful you can hook it on things in the holster, most times it will stop your forward motion until you disconnect from whatever you have hung your phone on and just for the record I am 6'3" and 300+ lbs so that's a lot of momentum to stop. one time after more than a year of abuse, I did hook it hard enough to break the clip on the holester, but in doing so nearly got snatched off my feet before the clip broke, the phone and case were undamaged in the fall. All in all would and have purchased it again ( dropped it in the dark and stepped on it broke the clip) but phone and case unscathed. - 1 star for not being waterproof, a case this tough should probably be waterproof. But unless you are bathing or swimming with your phone this case will work well for you

I bought this case to replace a more expensive name-brand case that had the belt clip broken off, I had 2 of the name brand cases do that. I decided to try this phone case to see if it would work as I needed a new one for work quickly. The case arrived quickly, was all there, and the quality was great. I cleaned the screen with the included cleaner and cloth and was able to apply it pretty easily. It fit great for me. Once I put the screen on I put the phone into the case, it was a tight fit but thats what it is supposed to be and the case did not make my screen protector pop off or interfere in any other way with it. The case fit great and is working perfectly, of course, I haven't tried the drop test, but the Kickstand, Wireless Charging, Screen Protector, and Belt Clip are all working just fine after 2 whole days of use.Right now I would recommend getting one if you need one it works as advertised so far.

The case itself seems good and appears to be able to do the job of protecting my Galaxy S8+. Looked nice and not too gimicky (I got the all black). Fit the phone nicely and all ports and buttons function and are accessible. Getting it on, I cracked my existing screen protector. Not really the case's fault. I will try the protector that came with this case. My only complaint is the holster. It held the phone fine and I was happy with it. For about an hour. When getting out of my truck I had my phone in my hand and the holster, no phone in it, hooked on the seat belt and snapped in two. First time out with it. I barely felt the snag so there wasn't much pressure on it at all. The plastic seems overly brittle. Maybe I got a bad one. Really disappointed because the holster was a major purchase point. Had the phone been in it I am sure it wouldn't have broken from the extra rigidity. Had this not happened I would give it 5 stars. 3 is the best I can do now as the durability of the holster is suspect.
