Love this knife. It's very sharp. I'm glad I chose the style with a handle. It works very well on chopping the potatoes and carrots. I haven't used it on other vegetables yet. I'm sure it will cut even easier on softer vegetables. I love the crinkle style. I still haven't figured out to do the waffle cut.

This is my second buy to give a friend. Very easy to use for vegetables. However, this second buy material is thinner and lighter than the first. But it's ok.....could be cheaper.

Awesome for prepping kids lunches. Knife is sharp and able to cut through vegetables easily. Only downer is it’s already starting to rust a little or else I’d give it a higher rating
