It’s a good device if you are without heart disease or cardiovascular disease. Unfortunately I saw no information on this until I received the order and it was stated in the manual as a contraindication. I was rather disappointed. I would ask the vendor to please update to include this info before purchasing. It does seem to be of benefit. Just not for me. Thank you
