I bought this item with the top as well I love these shorts they definitely make you sweat and are very snug but that’s a good thing because you’ll get better results from the tightness and sweating the only problem I had was that I bought the wrong size listening to the reviews telling you to go a size up I would recommend that you get your exact size other then that all I had to do was roll up the bottom and I was good to go

This is really nice sauna gear, it’s not stiff and yes, you sweat in them when you workout. These shorts are also relatively I wore them to work and they look like a pair of running shorts with a liner. They do run a tad small but it depends on your body type and shape as well I’m sure.

They run small so be aware

Good product, works as indicated by giving you a good sweat, but manufacturing is very poor! Wore these shorts once, washed as directed and the stitching is coming apart. Not what I would have expected from a product which has a d cent price. Does it impact effectiveness of the shorts, probably not, but makes me wonder how much more stitching is going to start coming out.

I’m 5”10 and 187lbs and size large fit great. Super comfortable and easy to put on and take off. The material feels great and it is super absorbent. You will sweat a lot. I paired this with the thermo shirt and I sweated more than I ever have with any other suit. One plus about the fabric is that it will absorb all the sweat so you won’t be walking around dripping in sweat. Overall I highly recommend these shorts to anyone who is looking to shed water weight.

Alright so I'm a big guy but that's the reason I got the big sizes. I wear 3XL shorts up to my abdomen and they fall off. This doesn't doesn't even fit. 3XL my arse. The shirt version I got it as a 4XL and I can't get that sucker to slide down past my chest, and I wear 4XL. Yeah these are not true to their sizes. But I'm keeping them since they almost fit. Just a few more lbs. And I'll update then but for now I'm disappointed.
