Apart from not being oven-safe (few non-stick pans are), this pan is unreservedly recommended.Perfect omelette in an environmentally responsible pan. Easy clean up. Great price.'nuff said?

Great Frying Pan
I have a matching sauce pan by Eslite that is really wonderful and that is why I bought a matching frying pan. This cookware is basically indestructible and is very easy to clean. This cookware is the best I have ever purchased and I wholeheartedly recommend it!
