No quality check or replacement of defective items
The worst seller ever. If you are sending out a product, kindly check if it is up to the quality standard or atleast give the customer an option to replace defective products. Thank you spoiling a milestone for our family. All the balloons are unusable. Neither am i able to get it replaced nor can i use it.
