Is the watch case actually stainless steel? Or, like the Casios, chrome-looking painted plastic?

As far as I can tell, the casing and wristband are stainless steel. It looks like it and it feels heavy enough, for its size, to be metal and not plastic.

How long is the band? I have a large wrist and I want to know it fits before buying

I bought it for my husband. He has a large wrist and it fits.

How do I adjust the clasp without removing links?

If you lay the watch down flat, you will notice a small tab on the inside of the clasp. Insert a small screwdriver etc. and pry it up. Once released, you may slide the clasp up and down the band. I use tape to mark the edge so I can adjust without losing my place as the clasp likes to jump around when it's unlocked.

It's made in China, and is high-quality. The case is made of substantial stainless steel and doesn't feel the least bit cheap. Other watches like this are usually made of plastic. The band is also easy to adjust.
