Great replacement for RC cars or model craft.
I needed this battery to replace an aging Ni-Cad battery for my RC car that would not hold a charge after sitting dormant for so long. It brought my RC car back to life and was just what I needed. The battery lasts a long time. Charge speed with the included charger is slow but slow chargers are typically better for longevity on the battery. The quality of the battery pack is great. For the price of a new battery like 20 years ago you would have paid more than twice for this type. Easy to install and use. Ni-MH batteries last longer and hold the charge longer.

Fit for old 80's Radio Shack RC car

Great replacement for old tech
We had an RC boat that the battery pack was dead on. I bought this and it worked awesome for the great nephew to play with. USB charges too, which was an upgrade from the dedicated proprietary charging pack of the original unit.

Works great
Battery was a perfect fit to bring an old RC truck to life again. Had the truck in storage for several years and has just as much power now as the day I bought it. The only thing I did was buy a separate charging cord with lights to tell when it is fully charged.

Quality battery
Found my childhood RC truck, and after being in storage for 25 years, the OEM batteries were shot. This ended up being a perfect plug and play replacement! Battery performance has been great, but I keep a close eye on it while it charges. The USB charging plug gets a little hot.
