Best Bipap pillow
Not cheap, but worth the price!

Great pillow compared to memory foam
If you like the feel of a regular pillow but need a CPAP pillow, this is the one. The memory foam pillows are too firm and too hot. My wife has had this pillow for over 5 years and loves it. So when I , regrettably, had to get a CPAP machine, I bought one too. It's very comfortable. Only thing is that if you want it quickly, buy from another company. This one sent it the cheapest,slowest possible way. It took 2 weeks to get here!!

Don't buy this. It is a literal (not figurative) pain in the neck
Do not buy this. I have just used it for the first time and woke up with such a horrible neck pain that I feel like I need to go to the doctor. It is a waste of money and it really makes your neck hurt.. I should have listened to the reviews and passed this by, but I was desperate for a CPAP pillow for side sleepers. It is way too high and too firm. I have no idea who could use it. There are other ones that look good that Amazon sells. Try one of those.

It Works!
My pillow doesn't make my mask leak now (covers nose only); no more bunching the pillow on the side and under my neck - good fit. It's a little hard as I was used to a soft pillow but that didn't work for me anyway - I'll get used to it - and the 3 inches were the right height for my smaller shoulders so my head doesn't fell like it's cocked up (I sleep on my side). It did take about 3 weeks to get here but it was worth the wait.

Works as Stated, but too Soft for Me
It does provide a nearly pressure-free space for CPAP mask clearance once you figure out your how to place it in your favorite sleeping position, so it does what it claims. It may work great for you, but is way too soft and mushy for me. My other Core products pillow is nearly perfect in its design, baffled construction and firm polyester fill, but this one is just way too soft and lacks any visible baffling for extra support. It is also difficult to firmly wedge my shoulder into it for side sleeping and does not stack well atop other pillows for dialing in optimal neck-spine alignment.
