Great game for couple of couples. Very fun and a little nerdy!
One of my favorite games that I have played in a long time. It had a good DnD vibe but so much simpler for everyone to enjoy and play together as a collaborative team.

Great Game for Up to 5 Players
Great card game for up to 5 players, 6 is if you want to have someone handle the rest of the cards and be the "Dungeon Master" so to speak. Each player plays wit ha different (included) deck of cards, with different amounts of resources based on your class. Then, you defeat cards based on those in hand resources. Under time pressure. 5 included bosses, easy instructions, easy fun. There is a free, but unnecessary timer app for the game - it adds a timer, music, and announcer for the timer.Overall, I'm not a huge gamer but the family loves it and it's somethign we enjoy playing together. :D

Quick, fun, but kind of stressful
If you ever played Speed the card game as a kid and loved it, this will be similar in play style for you. Our group has only broken it out once since getting it - it's a little stressful. We've also never been able to do the final boss with our group of 4, we always run out of cards near the end. We think we probably need a 5 person group to do it or 3 person, but 4 seems to be that sweet terrible spot of struggle. We tried multiple times, as well. The cards are cute, the characters interesting, and the gameplay is simple and easy to learn. The replay value is endless as well, because of the random shuffled nature of it. Switching characters and even players out between rounds is also an option so it's a great pick-up and play during casual gatherings.I'm not sure how often this will hit the table on our game nights, but it's (obviously, by the reviews) appealing to a certain type of player.

Fun for kids and adults
My 8 and 10 year old nephew and niece loved the game, and after taking it home, continued playing more with their parents. We played with 3 and 5 players, and it was always fun. Everyone loved it, even their parents when the five of us played. I highly recommend this for a very quick game. Don't forget to get the app! It's a hoot.

Fast-Paced, Stressful, Fun!
Okay, let me set the scene. Late nights... pizza boxes piled high, snacks everywhere, and a group of us huddled around a table, eyes glued to the board, laughter and shouts filled the room. Those were our "glory days" with 5-Minute Dungeon.Fast forward, years later, and the memories of those late-night gaming sessions had faded, replaced by bill payments, martial arts practice schedules, and the ever-present existential dread of laundry. Then, out of the blue, my husband mentioned 5-Minute Dungeon in a casual, yet conversation.A jolt, a flicker of recognition. The floodgates opened. Suddenly, I was transported back to those carefree college nights, the camaraderie, and the shared joy of victory.I knew I had to buy it. Not just for myself, but for my long-suffering husband, who was suddenly obsessed with playing again, and for our children, so we could play with them, as they are at that magical age where they're fun to play games with. And so, the game arrived. The initial excitement was palpable. We gathered around the board, my husband and I eager to relive those glory days. The first few rounds were…rocky. I was a little rusty and a little frantic. Our children, predictably, were chaotic. We threw cards down, we strategized, we admittedly, almost gave up.But then, something magical happened. We started to get into the groove. The laughter returned, the fun of the game returned. We reveled in our shared victory.A new game was added to family game night. 5-Minute Dungeon had not only brought back cherished memories, but it had also forged new ones.

Extremely fun and intense!
We play with all 5 players as a family and this has to be one of the most intense games at the table ive played. I love the cooperative game design and individual classes. strategy is key here. The only downsides i would say is that once you defeat the final boss a few times it gets repetitive. The other thing is slamming cards down and swiping them away is fun but a lot of times we double up on resources that we end up needed and loss to the finally boss. I wish the app had an adjustment on it so that you can make the "5" mins go alittle slower for the kids hahaha.Over all its a great game we all sweat and scream when playing this. WE NEED MORE EXPANSIONS! haha
