Recommend this fun and engaging read
So I'm a grown woman who used this book to introduce a longer reading experience without pictures (there are a few at chapter headers but that's really it). Little one really loved it. We read this entire book inside a week. And I must say that it was actually pretty engaging for me too. Definitely not written for an adult audience but I was reading this to a child who is just learning to read and it was a fun experience. I had to change up a bit at the end because the LO may have gotten scared but all in all was able to share 98% of the book. It was well written, engaging and even helped further along an interest in constellations for the LO.

I recommend this book for any age
My mom bought me this book, although I am an adult, I have found it incredibly captivating. Thisadventure, with a refreshing youthful female lead, is unpredictable and eloquently written without being pretentious. I am savoring the last chapter so that I can still fantasize about the incredible characters. I have always wanted to learn more about constellations, and this book really brings them to Life. I recommend this book for any age.

This fantasy about constellations, flying ships, friends and family is a fast paced, fun, mysterious, adventure filled read for kids and grown ups alike. From the depths of the earth to the infinite sky, there are surprises and discoveries in every action packed chapter. My friends 10 years old son wants to know when to expect the next book about Honorine, Francis and the flying ships.

A dazzling adventure
Fantastic, with twists and turns and plenty of adventure. A loveable main character and a quest through space and across the earth.

An adventure with the stars
The Starthief was a delightful surprise. I made it a goal to read some of my older books that have languished on my shelves, and this one had lived there for four years. The plot kept me guessing who was excellent and terrible, and the ongoing action reminded me of an Indiana Jones-type adventure. The real-life mythology uniqueness of the story kept me wanting to read long past my bedtime. A deck that wraps up nicely at the end with some room for more level possible on the horizon. This book debuted in 2017, so not sure we will get more books from this author or not.
