Q: How do I change the blue back to the red button. It’s stuck on blue and keeps flickering even though I have the heating attachment on not the froth?

I had to return this item as l found it difficult to insert the whisks into the base because my hands are to wide to reach to bottom. I never used it so I am unable to comment on it’s performance. However l would suggest when considering buying a milk frother to buy one with the extended tab connected to the whisks. Hope this is useful for you.

Q: Does it froth oat and soya milk too?

It certainly does! I use it for plant milks only, best soya milk to use I've found is called Bonsoy.
