not useful - touch screen issue
the claim process was smooth and follow up. but unfortunately the repairing service was not useful at all. after 10 days of waiting they return the device not repaird. they did not check what is the exact issue discribed on my claim request . they just reflashed the software and removed the screen protector. they returend the mobile as i sent nothing fixed .

Poor service and not efficient
Due to the poor service of this extended warranty will not buy any mobile from amazon. Extended warranty services is the worst service ever. Created a claim of phone need to be repair. its been 3 weeks no any feedback of the approval from Amazon. Thing twice before adding an extended warranty.
