Good value but I paid for 10 and only received 9. Is this down sizing?

I ordered the M8 size because the dimensions said that the inside dimension (between prongs) was 11mm (needed for my application). That dimension is not 11mm, it is only 9.677mm. I measured several of them using calipers with precision to .001. The product looks good and will meet my need after I exchange them for the M10 size (and hope that its dimensions, even if incorrect, are at least 10.5mm that I need). I do not need super precision, I only need at least 10.5mm between prongs. I tried to click the "Report incorrect information" in the product page, but it did not display anything.

A river in South America recommends this for a plastic coated cable. Size down or crank the nuts hard.Wandered down to the basement one day to find stuff on the floor. The plastic coating let the cable slip out of these clips.

Correct size

Used these cable clamps for a backyard zipline and they work great! They feel much nicer than the galvanized ones at the hardware store. The nuts that came with the clamps seemed fine, but I did switch out the nuts for M6 - 1.0 nylon nuts for maybe a little extra security. Also, when tightening the nuts make sure to go back and forth as you tighten. I stripped one of the bolts because I tightened one side too much and it caused the saddle to be at too much of an angle.
