A class product which I was looking for quite long. High density foam seat provides lasting comfort and the ergonomic design ensures proper posture reducing back pain. It has breathable mesh back which keeps you cool especially during extended sessions. Also, the reclining angle is good enough for quick relaxation and is highly stable. This chair from ‘innowin’ is a smart and reliable choice for office and home use at such an offer price. I strongly recommend it.

Buying furnitures on amazon is certainly not something i would do very often based on past experiences.But this one is different. Was looking for a good mesh chair suitable for work from home / home office purpose. Straightaway, the number of positive reviews was the only reason i shortlisted this product. I was a little sceptical if i would get the expected quality. I would segregate the review in pros and cons and why i rated this 4 stars.Pros-1) does what it says (ergonomic) and is really comfortable for long hours of work2) adjustable arm rests. I didn't understand the importance of adjustable arm rests until i used one. While working, the most comfortable position is when the elbow and the wrist are at same horizontal level. Adjusting the seating height often disturbs that level and that is where adjustable armrests come in need.3) the pentagon legs look very light but are actually quite adequate in weight which gives the confidence to lean back without losing balance. Reclines well without any noise or issues. They perfectly balanced the recline pressure (not too soft, not too hard)4) i am a pretty heavy guy (93kgs and 6ft. tall) and this chair is comfortable for my anthropometric ratios. Good lumbar support.5) mesh quality is good and fairly tight enough. The seat is padded nicely and has that mesh finish which is doesn't let you sweat. The headrest is just okay and has an adjustable height. Obviously having a headrest is a big advantage when you lean back during long hours of work and gives the chair a very attractive look too.6) easy installation, good packaging and quick delivery.Cons-1) The headrest support bar seems to be made of plastic which makes it look not so premium or sturdy if you look closely. I understand they had to make the top portion of the chair lighter hence they went for plastic over metal. I tried resting my head on the headrest which was good enough. Seems to have a little bit of spring action. No problems there but i would like to test out how it stands out in terms of durability over time since the support bar is plastic. I am sure the company must have given it a thought before releasing this model. Could have been a better head support in terms of pivot point too.2) the adjustable armrest has a little bit of wiggle/play to it. And thats only when you look for it. I guess that is because of the fact that it is adjustable. During normal usage you won't notice that play/wiggle in the armrest.3) the Hydraulic piston which helps the chair seat to go up and down, is a little bit on the harder side when you sit. Upward movement is good but it's a little less smooth when you sit. I've used better and smoother hydraulics in chairs cheaper than this. But thats only in terms of smoothness/hardness. The harder piston makes me think that this won't stay very smooth during long term usage but I can't really say that until I've used the chair for a longer time. So durability of the hard hydraulics is something which i will decide upon later. Keeping this in mind, its not a deal breaker. Still okay to use.4) this chair is perfect for a person who is fairly tall. My legs reach the floor just perfectly when the piston is at mid or low adjusted piston height. I have another office chair which can go little bit further down in terms of sitting height (good for medium or short height people).5) the chair is a little bit on the costlier side of the range. The price makes me want to believe, they could have reduced the price a little in order to justify all the points made above. I got it for 8.6k. maybe 7.5k would have been a really compelling price where i wouldn't have complained about the cons. But at 8.6k, i really needed to bring out the cons too.Finally, i feel they've done a pretty good job at manufacturing and shipping a mesh chair is comfortable, ergonomic and also looks elegant. Mesh chairs are a must have for work environments.

I have purchased this office chair recently, and overall, it has been a good experience. The chair is comfortable and sturdy, but after 20 days, I noticed a crack in the wheelbase. I reached out to customer support, and they responded promptly. They sent me a replacement wheelbase within 10 days, and the process was smooth.While I was initially disappointed with the issue, I appreciate the company’s quick response and support. If you're looking for a chair with good customer service backing it, this is a solid choice.

It's been over a month, since I started using this ergo chair. It was easy to assemble and build is quite good. It took me a few days to get used to the neck support, as I haven't used neck support before. Fortunately, the neck support has 2 adjustments, so it took a while to find my comfortableness. I actually didn't see any cons as of now. The only thing I feel is even after the neck support is raised to it's maximum, my upper back seems to clash on bottom of the neck rest. Although, I don't really know if it's the chair or my upper body is slightly taller. I am 5.7 btw. The chair is built for height up to 5.8. So, cause of this, I feel a little uncomfortable while I rest my neck. It's manageable, yet I have to always tilt my head a few degree downwards, so I don't hurt my back of the head. Then again, I am not really sure if it's the chair built dimension or my upper body dimensions.It has got hand rest adjustments and the push back is good too. The wheels are smooth.Ah yes! One suggestion is the to slightly keep the lower back support a little higher. It seems to rest just below the curve of my spine, near the bottom spine, so it seems a little useless for me. If it's a little higher, then I guess, it would support the spine curve and posture more.Overall, I would highly recommend this product. It's a budget friendly ergo chair with neck support.

Bought this chair on Jan 2022.I must say the chair is worth the price. Am using it in my office 8 hours a day. Good support for the back pain.Even now after 3 years, the quality of the chair is fine and sturdy.The customer support is upto the mark. They response immediately by WhatsApp and guide. Would recommend buying from them.

Using it since almost a month now. Took me max 10 mins to assemble (with a partner) following the youtube video which the QR code in the manual directed me to. Chair is wide enough & I am able to sit comfortably. Back/lumbar support is good (no more backaches from working-from-home). Thigh support could have been better for taller ppl (I am 5'11+), should be fine for ppl 5'8 & below. Said that it is very much usuable & comfortable otherwise. Revolution & movement of wheels is very smooth (not a single sound or squeak). Chair seems quite sturdy. Price seems fair (not overpriced & not very cheap at the same time ; I bought it under one of the Credit Card cashback offers).So far so good, happy with the product & helps me work efficiently from home without any stress to my back or arms or neck. And 3-yr warranty is a big plus!Now my home-office is complete :-)
