This review is for the MsMk 11 inch White Nonstick Ceramic Frying Pan with Lid and Slotted Spatula. This 11 inch pan comes very well packed with all parts being supported and separated with plastic or cardboard. The pan's handle comes packed separately to save space. Included are 2 stainless steel screws, one for mounting the handle, and the other one as a spare. They have even included a phillips screwdrive for you to mount the pan’s handle. Also included is a decent silicon spatula. I really appreciate the tempered glass lid with vent hole for those times that you want to keep the heat and moisture in. I found the handle and lid's knob to be very natural and wood like, even though they are plastic. It wasn't immediately obvious that it was plastic and I had to really examine it. The bottom of the aluminum cast pan has stainless steel embedded to make it induction ready, which my stove is. In that regard, it worked well with no issues at all. The coating is ceramic so has no PTFE, Teflon, PFOA, lead or cadnium, so it is much safer to use health wise. After reading the instructions and washing and drying the pan, I put the pan on the induction stove top and set the heat setting on medium. After the butter melted, I added 3 eggs and they cooked beautifully. There was no sticking at all, and when done, they slid right out of the pan. The included spatula worked well having bevelled edges which makes it easier to slide under your food. Although MSMK say the pan is capable of temperatures up to 700F and is diswasher safe, I plan on keeping the temperatures well below that and handwashing in the future. I have found from experience, this type of care will prolong the stick-free life of any coated pan. Of course using wood or silicon utensils will also prolong the coating's life as well. So far I have been very impressed with everything from the packaging, included accessories, appearance, and function of this 28 cm pan. I feel with proper care, this pan should last a long time.

Looks good but it smells chemical a bit.

Love this pan!!! It's well made, the lid fits perfectly, the handle is solid, and food "never" sticks. There's a small vent hole in the lid which I really like. It does cook hot so keep that in mind.

Everything I was looking for in a small skillet and love that it came with a lid!!!
