Tiny! Much smaller than I expected yet it has bright lights, a quiet fan, uses littlepower, and has lots of patterns. Those are pros. Cons? Iffy remote controls that dont respond well, you can't pick the patterns (repeating disc inside?), and most of all itchanges patterns way too fast! You barely get to see ine and its gone. Overall impression? I am satisfied with it but will look towards something better soon though that better will have a substantial price difference. For tge price this one is fine (and fun when you add a fog machine & bubbles. The cat has turned into an ariel attack machine!) Ipowered it off of a 5volt phone power bank, no option for AC is included and that was made clear in the add so its not a con. It does amuse the cat as mention and when pointed at the back yard I ended up with 5 deer standing around watching it so its got its merits. Verdict: Could be a lot better if they simply slowed the pattern changes down.

As a mobile DJ, I'm always looking for new lights to add to my setup. I saw this one as a recommended light and was curious since it's battery-powered. I thought I'd give it a try since the price was very affordable. It arrived and is much smaller than I thought it would be, BUT it's a very impressive dance light!! It's about the size of a small coffee cup, however, it has some cool effects. The size of the light works to my benefit since I can place it practically anywhere on my setup. I love that it's battery-powered and you simply charge it up like you would charge a phone. It comes with a remote so you can choose different effects and settings and it has a wide coverage of light. I wish more lights would switch to rechargable batteries like this one as it helps make your setup look better without a bunch of plug in cables. I'm very impressed with this light!

Totally exceeded my expectations! The battery powered unit is the way to go. Several hours of battery life, great mood setting for a dance or party. The only down side is the music sensor mode just matches the switching of the lazer and light combos to the beat of the music, making it too fast for uptempo songs. But you can use the remote to dial in your vibe to match the music, so that is what I do now.

Cool product, but missing the screws, the user manual, the usb cord and the batteries it was apparently supposed to come with? Still usable, but getting sick of getting items from Amazon or the companies that were clearly used already and missing items without telling me it’s used!!

I purchased this effect light for my upcoming Halloween display, and am happy I did, there is a great deal of variety in the patterns and the option of turning off the motor to hold patterns stationary is a plus. With the motor on and circulating through the different displays I feel it switches a little too fast for my liking,although I have yet to set the music profile to see if changes in tempo has any effect on the rate the patterns change. The only patterns that I can save are what I call the wave or "web" but the others can't be stopped or held on a specific pattern a tad disappointing but not a deal breaker. I like the battery feature but the charge doesent hold for very long maybe an hour tops but for my purposes both musically as a fill effect on stage and for my display it will be connected to a power source. It's small footprint makes it easy to apply to any environment and is very little distortion at longer distance and it has good brightness. The independent floods are dim at best and really don't do much of anything. I have looked into these types of lights before and have hesitated to buy them simply because they were way too expensive, not this one , for the money it's a great deal and I'm going to have a blast with it I can't wait!!

The device works perfectly as expected but it is not battery or USB powered which is highly misleading.They also claim a backup of 8 hours eventhough there is battery at all.

it didnt meet the expectation, although the light and sound activated is good but you cannot control the patterns or strobe choose what patter you want, its all mix also the light will be only in one way its not roating to cover the whole area. but it does it purpose if you are looking for lights to rock your evening with some lights
