I love this machine. Since we bought it our coffee consumption doubled as it makes really delicious coffee. It's easy to use. Has few moving pieces and does not require too much maintenence. The option of using already ground coffee is a plus. Two downsides: if you ground the coffee too fine, the machine cannot really handle it and creates a messy watery waste. The second downside is that you cannot contorl the milk temperature and the standard temperature is pretty low. Otherwise, I highly recommend it for the quality of its brewed coffee.

The milk frother stopped being recognized by the machine after a few months.. After some research, it seems to be a common issue with this machine as the sensor that detects the milk stops working as expected

After researching a lot, decided to go with this machine. We and my wife love specialty coffee shops. Since we bought it, we drink less coffee outside. It makes beautiful coffees (of course need good beans) even the ones not preset (although you don’t have option for Cortado you can still make one playing with the device). I read for some the frother is not working, however I am sure they just need to deep clean it. I was scared mine also not working after 1 month but carefully cleaned it and working like a charm. The single espresso is really creamy and has a taste like is prepared by a barista. The ones with milk are also great. Very happy with the Delonghi.

this is not my first coffe machine from Delnghi. as usual its very simple and doing the job for what it was made for

Stopped working in less than a year and I can’t reach the company to fix it

I love the machine its been two weeks since i received it, two things i want to mention according to the milk heating system,1. the machine doesnt have a get milk only function, but you can get it in another way, by tapping on the scoop button but not putting coffee in it. 2.the milk you get is warm, i put it in the microwave for 1min to heat it. other than that everything is good!! coffee is good cleaning is easy. hope this will help you take the suitable decision.
