Very insightul and coverd both topic very well, glad I bought the book

For a book that advocates critical thinking! Critically it is a large mass of text made of small amount of (good information) repeated over and over and over and over. Plus soooo many definitions and anecdotes!

Well written; each chapter provides takeaways, including how beliefs, emotions, falacies, biases, and heuristics affect our cognitive processes.

I think this book could use a diet because it’s all more fluff than substance
