This is my fourth purchase. I initially purchased these just before the whole Covid situation happened. My 70 year old father had BP issues since his 40s and although I think it is more of a hereditary thing (he is slim build and has no blood sugar issues), it has affected his life a lot. Headaches, dizziness... the classic hypertension symptoms kept popping up every now and then. He has spent money and taken all kinds of medications but it made him dependant on the medications, not to mention the side effects. Anyway, after a lot of online research, I bought these garlic pills and I must say, along with the following steps, they have proved to be very effective in controlling my dad's blood pressure. Like I said, this is my fourth buy and I wouldn't have bought it more than once if they weren't effective. But like I said for the best results the following steps are important - 1. Get a good night's sleep 7-8 hours 2. Eat a low-fat, low-sodium diet and incorporate a lot of leafy vegetables and fresh fruits into your diet. 3. Limit tea, coffee, sugar processed foods and red meat. 4. Try getting some exercise - If you can do some walking everyday, that is more than enough. 5. Drink plenty of water throughout the day. 6. Take a garlic pill once a day preferably during lunch or dinner along with food. On a side note, people with blood sugar issues will also benefit a lot from these steps as in many cases it has been proven that diabetes and hypertension are closely linked.

We are using it from past couple of months and results are very good. We take it as a supplement to keep our blood sugar in control and it also worked for cholesterol. Giving it to my maid who has sugar and BP and she’s feeling better not taking any insulin. Her BP snd sugar is coming normal during weekly check up.
