They should if they physically fit.

Q: Can I buy a replacement motor for the sky Viper drone

These motors run at 53000 rpm given a supply of approx 3.7 volts. The flight controller adjusts the rate of spin to keep your quad level. Theoretically you should be able to change one motors and the controller will stabilize even if these are faster than the original. The stability of the quad will depend on the controller's processing power and it's ability to quickly adjust. If there is a large speed variance between this and the original motors, it is possible that the controller may not be able to fix this quickly enough for stable flight. Additionally you don't want to mix new motors with old. The brushes on the motors wear with time... Your best bet is always to change all for for best performance.
