Tried this instead of shake and vac, it did deodorise the carpets well but struggled to do 2 small rooms before the can was empty.

I love that you just spray this on top of any animal mess stain and it dissolves it leaving a lovely fragrance behind with no stain

The media could not be loaded.  I have pets so often have to use home fresheners. I've used this 1001 carpet fresh many times and always been pleased with it.The scent is pleasant and quite strong when you first spray it. It lasts a good while, I can still smell it the following day. Occasionally I can still smell it for a further day too but not always. It's great for a quick fix to mask the smell of smelly dog for when we have visitors over but I'm not convinced it does much to neutralise odours.The foam doesn't stain, but although it's described as a fine foam it can come out of the can slightly thicker at times so sometimes a can won't last as long as I'd like it to.Unlike most powder carpet fresheners this foam does not need to be vacuumed up, you simply spray and leave and it doesn't take long to dry. So it's really simple to use and I'm happy to keep using it.
