I have never written a review of a product before but feel a civic duty to warn others. I was so excited to use this after reading reviews. Can't tell if it even works as the product is hard to get out of the bottle and doesn't lather well at all as its difficult to cover the scalp - let alone massage it into the scalp. I didn't have enough shampoo to even use it enough to see results! To get the amount needed to obtain enough FOR a full coverage I had to use too much product. For the size of the bottle and the number of shampoos, it makes for a pretty expensive shampoo. The conditioner it difficult to work into the hair as well.

About me: I’m a diabetic in my early thirties. My grandmother and mother have sever hair loss. I have suffered with hair loss since I was about 15.I purchased this product hoping it would help with hair loss. First of all, the container is TINY! Smaller than a regular can of soda. It’s the size of the palm of your hand. So keep that in mind when paying twenty bucks for this thing.Unfortunately it did the exact opposite for me! After first use, I had HANDFULS of hair falling out. It was very frightening! I wish I had my phone in the shower after I rinsed it out after the first wash to show just how much hair it made me lose. The amount of hair I had in my hand scared me very much. I quickly used a name brand conditioner and detangler on the shaft of the hair afterwards and my hair was still falling out like crazy. I had never in my life experienced so much hair loss. I did what the instructions said to wash with warm water (which I NEVER do as it’s recommend to wash thinning hair with cold water). I left the shampoo in my hair as I brushed my teeth for 3 minutes. I honestly thought the excessive hair loss was due to washing it with warm water. So the next time I gave this thing a try, I washed it with cold water and the same thing happened. I cried from the excessive hair loss. To give it a fair chance, I have continued to use this product for four weeks so far. I can definitely see a reduction in hair on my crown and temple areas. The hair loss has lessened, but it’s still more than I would normally have lost. I am going to use this a few more weeks to see if it pans out and will update this review.But if you suffer from hair loss like me,***I highly DISCOURAGE the use of this product.***It will take me a very long time to grow back what this thing has already made me lose.It does have a neutral smell and it is definitely NOT moisturizing. A conditioner is definitely needed. I just noticed that it has a corresponding conditioner, but there is no way I’m using it if the shampoo is this bad.
