Loved this band, my gym instructor loved it too.its giving me added benefit to my workout. I can also use it for my upper body,pecs,biceps,triceps.i highly recommend this product and company. It send correct product, no false advertising. Go for it fitness lovers.

Good resistance bands at this price range. 3 fabric bands for this price is a good deal. These are mini loop bands so choose your workouts accordingly. Dont expect them to stretch and work like full length bands. Work well and retain their shape.

The Grey one is supposed to have the higher resistance than Pink and the blue.. but the grey's resistance was lower

Great for a mini home gym setup. Especially for this lockdown situation. Only 3 bands is all that's needed. There's 3 bands inside the box with different resistance (heavy medium and light) with a pouch of good quality to carry them. Stretch of the bands seems great and don't seem like they would snap easily. An exercise book is also given and I like the choice of exercises in the booklet. One can use the heavy band to do ceratain exercises while the other two for the rest.

Detailed description of my review on this product:- I have recently had an arm dislocation and hope you know how it hurts. I was searching for Resistance Band when I came across Slovic. At first I was afraid as these are fabric ones, what if the elasticity reduces day by day. Here are my observations after using it for over a month now:- The kit contains:- a) An exercise guide book. b) The bands come in different ranges starting from Light to Extra Heavy. c) There is a free diet e-book for newbies of Fitness world. d) A classy hand bag in order to carry the bands. Pros:- i. As these bands come in multiple strength levels, it can be used by both Men and Women. ii. The bands are made up of fabric material, which makes it skin friendly and avoids rashes which the plastic ones might give. iii. The products are tailored and designed in such a way that there is no chance of tearing or loosening elasticity. iv. The products are absolutely eco-friendly. v. Can be used for toning down, injury re-habilitation, and also the guide book gives you a detailed pictorial description of all the Exercises. vi. You can workout anywhere with these are the bands are easily carriable and also doesn't requires much space at all. vii. Trust me with the variance of the strength in the bands, you will also find a visible change in your strength and muscle. Cons:- To be very honest, couldn't fine one yet. Hence I recommend you this product.
