Worthwhile for reverse lordosis
I have reverse lordosis from a herniated disc at the base of my cervical spine. That’s when your spine bends in the wrong direction in compensation for an injury. I already have exercise bands so debated if I really needed another contraption but I’m glad I got this so I don’t need to worry so much about maintaining alignment or an elastic snapping in my face.

HIGH resistance almost too much
Works for what I need it to but wouldve loved for them to make it more clear that it is HIGH RESISTANCE. Like if I wasnt already strong this would be too much. If you step on one handle and pull up it does loosen up enough to be able to use it with arms extended. Would have liked the listing to show a lower resistance option and this one so I could have been cued to purchase the better option for me.

Entirely too short!
Giving it a one-star because it is way too short. This is only 18in long from where the handles attached so you cannot extend your arms as pictured. The tubing girth is to large and not adequate if using this for cervical lordosis correction. (Traction) The item needs to be approx 23" long and a bit narrow girth, which is what is used in PT and chiropractic offices. The description does not list the length and the picture is deceiving as the woman has her arms extended however you will not be able to extend your arms like that because the length is way too short and the tension, (including the 20 to 25 lb) is too strong to be able to extend your arms with the length being so short. I will be returning it and purchasing the correct one elsewhere.

This works....but it does take practice...
Of recent I've been suffering from a very sore neck and I've noticed my head falling forward, especially when out shopping and pushing a cart. Mentioned it to my doctor and her response was "I can give you pain pills".....not what I wanted, so time to fine an alternative. I talked to a friend who is a PT and he recommended this device, and after a couple of days of using it the results are noticeable. Now, a couple of caveats. this is the 35lb weight version, so some people may find it too much to handle, but there is also a 25lb version that would be easier to use. The second thing is watch the video on this listing, it show exactly how to use it, as the instructions that come with it are very comprehensive, but not that easy to understand. The last thing is the photos appear to show the arms at full stretch, and unless you have a lot of arm strength, this is not going to happen, but you don't actually need to extend your arms fully to get the benefit, it's only a 3 second stretch repeated several times.

Not Great
I had a neck stretcher similar from my chiropractor. I no longer see that chiropractor, so when my old one broke, I thought this would be similar enough. It is not. I do not feel the stretch at all with this one. A little awkward on the handles as well.

Works as intended
The quality is very nice. I have had this for a while and hasn’t lost its elasticity and the foam pad is comfortable enough. My chiro has me use one just like this (might as well be the same) for my physical therapy before my upper cervical adjustment. I bought this to keep up with my exercises in between appointments. Pleased with this purchase!

Good for neck exercising and stretching

Terrible
Doesn't stretch anywhere near this far! It is completely useless as a result. I was away in holiday when I received it and so can't return it. £50 down the drain!
