I purchased this item for our 3 year old great grandson. He loves dinosaurs and the game held his attention immediately and he soon had his 3 older cousins joining him in trying to create the perfect tower of dinosaurs without knocking them all over. As an early childhood professional, I really liked how the toy provided opportunities for development in many areas: fine motor, problem-solving, language, social and emotional. It was a win-win!

I was actually amazed at how well these shapes were designed for stacking and balancing! The spikes serve as little notches for other dinos and the tails also interlock well. The design and shape was well thought out!
