The pictures listed didn’t inform that there wasn’t the rubber gripper on the hole that the straw goes through. It said “spill proof and leak proof” which is 100% false advertising as there is roughly a 1/4” hole for the straw with nothing to prevent it from spilling or leaking sooooo?

Very well packed. Two are not in great condition. One has a small crack at the top, won't be able to use or sell. The other has a ridge around the glass. That one may still be good enough to sell with vinyl on it.The lids were rough. I lightly sanded all of them. I'll be able to use them.Straws in great shape.A little disappointed bc these are for my small business.

I needed these for holiday craft projects. These looked really nice and exactly what I needed. They arrived SO WELL packaged in study layers of a flexible styrofoam-like material, which was great. Each glass was in tact, no cracks or damage. One thing i did notice, the wood lids are REALLY nice, but some of them has some rather rough texture so I need to lightly sand them to smooth. One thing I noticed, was the glass was a bit thinner than a standard drinking glass. I'm not sure if an accidental bump in the sink will crack them or not. The glass straw was another thing, you get half straight straws and half bent top straws. which was fine.. I just wish it was all one style. All in all, they're nice, but as for how long they'll last, we will have to see..

One came broken so that was sad but other than that the rest of them are so cute and pretty! They’re all glass, the straws are glass too and come with a cleaner.I ordered them last night and they were here when I woke up in the morning. I’m so excited to make my iced coffees in them. The lids are wooden and make them look so cute. All in all I love them!

I have repurchased these cups many times. I’ve only received one cup that’s been a little beat up. It had a small chip in it. Overall great quality cups and can’t beat the price for the quantity.

Honestly I think for 28 dollars u get your money’s worth! The glass straws are very durable and strong. Unfortunately I feel like the glass cups probably would break very easily BUT! the bottom of the cup feels a literally more durable than the top. I recommend these cups! They are super cute!

I got these cups with lids and straws since we have cats who like to drink out of cups, this has been great to protect our drinks and are amazing quality, highly recommend!
