These are great and are fairly easy to swallow. Also, they don't have any fishy aftertaste. Overall very happy i bought these.

Always buy a good quality omega 3 , being taking fish oil since i was 3 years only ,i am now 83 yrs and still take themgood quality and a fare price easy to take

Taste is potent and high strength - not as good as others but would consider using again - easy to use but definitely strong smell - size is ok and good price for the product

I thought I’d leave a review to help others who like understanding what they’re putting inside their body, as I do.I have been taking this product for the last year and I’m so glad I’ve found it on Amazon now – definitely one for automatic reorder! I take two 1000mg capsules each day (small and easy to swallow with water.) I find it beneficial for my arthritis and general wellbeing. My skin has also improved, it’s less dry and clearer than it ever used to be.I searched for months for a non-chemically extracted fish oil made from one fish. I read the articles online about large companies inserting rancid (rotten yellow) fish oils into capsules, and thoroughly researched our bodily needs for omega 3 6 9. I was drawn to this product as salmon is renowned for being the most balanced and nutritious fish available, Hofseth BioCare have managed to extract their oil without chemicals or extreme heat, which helps retain more of the natural benefits of the fish. In fact, there are seven times more fatty acids within this supplement than most others.The reason we are advised to take omega 3 fish oil is because most people in the world do not eat enough fish, so we replace the fatty acids with omega supplements. There is no point in consuming excessive amounts of just DHA or EPA – instead, consume what your body needs, in a balanced way. Unfortunately these do still produce fish burps, although slightly more mild than other fish oil tablets I have taken. I have tried taking them before food and then eating to avoid this, also taking them without food - still the same issue.They don’t smell as much in the container, on your fingers or in your mouth as you swallow them, which is a plus. It makes them feel less “rancid” which is how a lot of other fish oil supplements seem to smell.Unfortunately the product has far lower levels of the important omega 3s EPA and DHA which people are normally using fish oil supplements to increase, and contains a pretty significant amount of omega 6 and omega 9s - both of which most people already consume too much of through normal diet, therefore the need to increase specific types of omega 3s to bring 3s, 6s, 9s back into balance.As an example, this product contains only 40mg of EPA per 2 caps, and only 60mg of DHA.My previously purchased Omega3 from Thorne had 420mg of EPA and 270mg of DHA - in a single cap.I like the idea of this being a pure high quality oil from Norway, and supporting this specialised salmon business, but unfortunately doesn’t hit the micronutrient values I was looking to achieve.Good value for money and nice packaging
