Easy install and many fingerprints or codes to program
Very simple install, easy instructions, even if my door hadn't had correct bore size or strike point. Great functionality & easy to program many many codes and fingerprints.

Great all round
Great kids don't need keys cut and lost works great. Great can switch of altolock and switch back on finger print work great just keep hands dry and having code helps as well. Battery life seems good so far haven't needed to replace yet thanks

Worked as expected, Quick installation and configuration.
Since this not wifi or app enabled smart lock but does a very good job. Each time fingerprint detect successfully. Configuring of setting up users or biometric was quite easy and my all attempts worked in first attempt. It took me less than 10 minutes to install the lock and configure the pins. Description says fingerprint take 0.3s to detect which I guess does detect but in realime overall it takes 1-2 seconds to open the lock after scanning the finger but its obvious as latch needs at least 1 second to move. Lets see how this will act in harsh winter time as some folks experience performance issue during winter time. So far satisfied. Reducing 1 star dues to less features like mobile app, smart fob. Other than that great product.

J’ai eu un problème pour que la serrure détecte mon empreinte, j’ai communiqué avec le service à la clientèle de la compagnie. Réponse le lendemain, ils m’ont envoyé une nouvelle serrure. Service exceptionnel J’en ai 2 autres sans empreintes qui fonctionnent très bien. Satisfait à 100%
