Works, but strong flavor!
Helps with nicotine cravings especially since I was so used to smoking menthol cigarettes and mint flavored vapes, but MAN the mint flavor is super strong. Sometimes made my lips and tongue numb but well worth it to combat the cravings

Worth it!!!
I love these!. I quit vaping cold turkey and bought the mint because that was my main choice for juice flavor. It really helps subside cravings. I like that the flavor gets stronger when you chew it, which means they last longer. so you go through less.But beware, the mint hits you in the face LOL

Very strong flavor
The flavor is super strong. The size of the tooth pick is thin. Within 15min the wood falls apart. Great to freshen breathe but not to suck on or chew.
