Good and I love the pc and it works since it's my first one

This was a very good price. It functions just as good as if it wer brand new. The refurbished jog was great. I really likd the small size of the chassy. Even though it did not have a version of MS Office, I purched the basic individule version of MS 365 and that is working very good for me. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for an enexpensive alternitive to buying a brand new higher priced PC. It was very well packaged by the company and delivered when promised. I bought this Dell Optiplex 3050 SFF Desktop Computer to use as a living room PC. I mainly use it to watch movies and sports, which works great. The video card could be better, but it's good enough for my needs. The computer is speedy and responsive. I can open multiple applications and stream video simultaneously without any lag. The SSD also makes a big difference in boot times and loading applications. The computer is also very quiet. I can only hear it when I have to restart it because of the Windows updates. Overall, I am pleased with this computer. It's an excellent value for the price, and it's perfect for my needs as a living room PC. Pros: Fast and responsive Quiet operation Small form factor 4K support Affordable price Cons: The video card could be better. I really should have walked away from this computer. I bought this November 20th for my daughter for Christmas. So from December the 25 till 3 days ago February the 25th the computer crashed. I reached out the customer service just to be told the tower is out of warranty I need to find a reliable computer work shop and have them fix it. Granted this was not expensive at all but it should have lasted way longer.

Operates Windows 11 adequately. Be sure to update bios from Dell to latest version.

My old computer was out of date and struggled with working in a decentvtime frame. I realky piked my screen and wanted to keep that, so I ordered the Dell. I hooked it up to my screen and needed to get a different cord because the screen was an HP. When the cord came in, I turned it on and everything came up and ran great. At first it wasn't streaming right, but once I shut it off and restarted everything worked as expected. Very impressed for the price.

I was expecting this computer to look at least somewhat new but the front of it had some kind of white powder in it. It was also missing the CD/DVD player even though in the description it said it was included, luckily I was able to take one out of one of my older computers and install it in this one. I also found out that this computer had no Bluetooth built in so I had to order a USB one so I could at least use my headphones. As for the operating system it did come with Windows 11 Pro which needed a lot of updates once I connected to the internet but I expected that. I did run a scan from the Dell website and it said that my computer should not be running Windows 11 but after up grading the memory to 32GB it seems to be working just fine. This is my second renewed computer purchase and you do save quite a bit over buying a new one so hitting some snags is expected I guess. Overall the computer is running really good at the moment and I'm hoping it will last at least one to two years.
